Reference Point is a performance that confronts the absurdity of spatiality as a lifestyle obsession. All the components are in a constant state of flux. Our galaxy is contained in a postcard from a friend. Flexograms dance. Fragments of infinity form a wall that never stops moving inwards. The quantified spaces of tourism are butted up against interior design. The abstract is mapped by the shapes of economics and computer graphics. How do you get where you will be if you need to arrive at the halfway point first?
Readers:
Jo Adetunji, George Clark, Rich Hall, James Harding, Adolfo Harrison, Joo Young Hwang, Meghan Lambert, Adeena Mey, Lucy Parker, Chris Pencakowski, Nikolaus Perneczky, Raphael Ruiz, Gabriela Talavera, Pepe Vives, Muhammad Waleed, Yuki Yamamoto
